About the Film

This film is a musical allegory of the bond between sisters Nani and Emilie Pria, musicians and members of the band Pria. For six months, I followed them on an intimate journey, exploring what unites them, what drives them apart, and what lies within the sacred space between sisters.

From Paris to Romania, we travelled through places that shaped their shared childhood: their grandmother’s vineyards in Vulturu, the parks of Bucharest, and the waterfalls of Transylvania.

Nature and the city become mirrors of their emotions. Performances act as a vehicle for bringing to the surface the unspoken truths of their relationship.

The music, composed with Gatspar, becomes a third character, conveying the tenderness, distance, anger and love within their complex bond.

The film explores sisterhood without seeking to define or resolve it, offering a sensory and poetic experience where silence sometimes becomes the most fitting form of dialogue.
