Forced Swimming

Fuad, a tenant living in Shapur’s house, agrees to take swimming lessons from his landlord. What begins as a seemingly ordinary arrangement gradually takes a disturbing turn when Shapur develops a sexual interest in Fuad and begins crossing the boundaries between teacher and student. His behavior becomes increasingly intrusive, revealing his intention to sexually assault Fuad.

During a swimming session, Shapur traps Fuad in the water and attempts to force himself on him. Fuad struggles desperately to escape, and the situation turns violent. In an attempt to defend himself, Fuad kills Shapur.

Afterward, Fuad returns to the pool, where Shapur’s absence and the events of the previous encounter hang over him. As he swims, the boundary between what happened and what he is trying to survive becomes increasingly blurred
